We want to assure you of the authenticity of all our products, as they are sourced directly from the manufacturers themselves. While we strive to provide a highly coveted selection of fragrances, we understand that personal preferences vary. We strongly recommend that you refrain from blind-buying fragrances, as scent preferences are highly subjective.
Our company maintains a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. We can only accept returns for products that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. We charge a 25% restocking fee for returns. Regrettably, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for products that have been opened or used.
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at hello@nicheperfumers.com within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for the return. In the rare event that your order has been damaged during shipping, kindly include a photo of the damaged product and packaging with the shipping label attached.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will determine if a refund is warranted. The refund process may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Please note that original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns from international buyers due to international regulations.
